I am a strong and independent Broker with over 35 years of Real Estate experience. I started L.R.S. Properties in 1994. When I worked for Prudential, I earned the “Legend” award – 5 years of being part of the exclusive “Chairman’s Circle” (top Prudential producers nationwide).
I am licensed California Real Estate Broker and I specialize in residential properties. For more than thirty five years I have worked easily with owners, sellers, buyers and tenants. I was born and raised in Los Angeles and enjoy working with those relocating to the area. My client base varies from corporate giants, to limited partnerships, to individuals and first timers.
I bring you over thirty five years experience in all aspects of real estate and in all types of properties. My focus is two fold — residential sales and leases; and, property management. No property is too small. No area is “out of my area” and I love to work with buyers!
Since 1999 I have completed over 200 transactions! When I was working with Prudential from 1996-2006, I was in the top 3% Nationwide for much of the time.
