I formed a corporation, L.R.S. Property Management, Inc. in 1994. Prior to that time I had extensive experience for over 20 years in property management working for another well established property management company in Los Angeles. I have managed properties of every size and type: single family residences and condominiums, homeowner associations ranging in size from small complexes to high rises of over 100 units with full staff, residential income properties ranging in size from duplex to 600 unit properties, and commercial entities.
My goal in management is to provide “concierge” service and to place myself in the shoes of the owner. My major concerns are risk management to reduce owner liability; and preventative maintenance programs to minimize property damage on a larger scale. My years of experience in the real estate industry include leasing and representing buyers and sellers as well as management. This background is a great help in managing properties. I have been a licensed California Real Estate Broker for over 35 years and am a member of the National Association of Realtors and The Community Associations Institute.
